How it works
Upon receipt of your application, you may be called to verify your practice details, or the details of your providers by a HealthLink Registration Team member.
You will be notified by HealthLink once your application is approved.
Application Processing Update
Please be advised that we have recently received an influx of registrations and are steadily processing them.
It may now take between 5 to 7 business days to respond to you so we kindly seek your patience.

Helix integration with HealthLink’s Smart Forms EOI
Thank you for expressing interest in receiving access to HealthLink Smart Forms via Helix. We are currently progressing a controlled rollout using our latest FHIR technology (Smart API+) and HealthLink’s new Smart on FHIR application.
In order to ensure a seamless experience, please follow these steps:
Step 1: If you don’t have an existing HealthLink account, please register here. If you do, please go to step 2.
Step 2: Once you have an EDI (HealthLink), contact Helix support customercare@medicaldirector.com to request activation of HealthLink’s Smart Forms and you will be placed on a waitlist for the onboarding process.
Step 3: You will be contacted by the Helix team once the onboarding has been completed.
The timeline for the onboarding will vary, as we need to configure you FHIR repository (Smart API+) and will depend on the size of your practice database and complexity.
