      To install the HealthLink Messaging Client, you need an EDI account, password, and certificate OTP. Contact Customer Service at 0800 288 887 if you don’t have them.

      Click ‘Download program’ and save the installation file to your Desktop. Double-click the file to decompress and mount the installer.

      For version 6.8 upgrade or first-time installation, refer to the installation guide for changes in folder locations and permissions on macOS. Contact HealthLink’s Helpdesk if you need support.

      Please note when installing version v6.8:

      1. Genie sites on less than v10.2.7 require an additional script to be executed AFTER installing HMS Client v6.8 for macOS:
        1. Obtain the Genie Fix Guide from this link.
        2. Download the script from this link.
        3. Follow the instructions provided in the Genie Fix Guide.
      2. Genie sites that already have version 6.8 installed, and you’ve upgraded to v10.2.7 or above, please contact HealthLink’s Helpdesk to correct your HMS Client configuration.
      3. MX Solutions sites should seek assistance from their vendor BEFORE attempting this upgrade.
